Blue Bird Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred as Blue Bird) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Blue Bird shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and Buyer has been charged.
Buyer is entitled to cancel the order from my account page or email contactus@bluebird.co.in before the product is shipped. The amount will be refunded within 5-7 days in the original payment mode.
Returns Policy
The products sold are non-returnable. The product can be returned only due to manufacturing defect or due damage in transit.
The return request has to be placed by sending an email to contactus@bluebird.co.in with the reason and order number along with pictures.
All approval of returns is subject to verification by Blue Bird and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
